You qualify for a refund if it is within 30 calendar days from your original purchase date and the product is unopened and not used.
You are responsible for returning the product to us at your cost and we recommended obtaining a tracking number for your records.
After 30 days, we will be more than happy to honor the warranty by either sending a replacement item if it is within a calendar year from your purchase date or refunding you in VP Rewards Points for the paid product value.
A refund cannot be processed if the damage or wear is a result from an accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized adjustment and/or repair or if the product is beyond the 60-day period.
The shipping method will only be refunded if the item was lost in transit and/or if the product was not working upon arrival.
Receiving your Refund
We'll process a refund after we receive and process your return.
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return,
- the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
