You qualify for a refund if it is within 60 calendar days from your original purchase date and if you are unsatisfied with the product, or received a defective product. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.
After 60 days, we will be more than happy to honor the warranty by either sending a replacement item if it is within a calendar year from your purchase date or refunding you in VP Rewards Points for the paid product value.
A refund cannot be processed if the damage or wear is a result from an accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized adjustment and/or repair or if the product is beyond the 60-day period.
The shipping method will only be refunded if the item was lost in transit and/or if the product was not working upon arrival.
Receiving your Refund
We'll process a refund after we receive and process your return.
For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper,
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return,
- the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
