We do not accept returns on opened/used products. If you received a defective/damaged item, no longer need your product/change your mind, or if you are dissatisfied, we can issue you a full refund in the form of store credit. We accept returns for store credit within one year from the date you received your product.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our products come with a one-year warranty. Should the product contain manufacturer defects or if it does not work upon arrival, this warranty covers a max of two replacements within one year from the date you received your order. This warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product. After two replacements are issued, you have the option to opt for store credit.
What is your refund policy?
You qualify for store credit within the first year that the product was received. Regarding returns of unwanted purchases, we do not accept products back due to sanitation risks. You can simply keep or discard the product—it is entirely up to you.

A refund cannot be processed if the damage or wear is the result of an accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, unauthorized adjustment and/or repair, or if you have had the product beyond the 60-day period.
